Interested in advertising your product or business at the Atlanta Erg Sprints?

Reach more than 500 competitors, 250 spectators, hundreds of general patrons of the Georgia Tech Campus Rec Center, and many website viewers with your information. The vendor area will be in the same area as the Atlanta Erg Sprints (basketball courts in the Georgia Tech Campus Rec Center) and we have several options for you to choose from - see below.

All vendors must be approved by the Atlanta Erg Sprints, Georgia Tech, and by Concept 2, the official sponsor of the Atlanta Erg Sprints.

Vendor Space (Day of Event)

Option 1: Banner space - $50

Banners hung above the basketball courts (just outside the railing to the indoor track) where the races are held.
Banners must have 4 corner grommets

Option 2: Floor space - $150

up to two tables are provided
15' x 15' self-contained space for display's
Loading – Vendor must provide necessary personnel, carts, dollys, etc to bring equipment inside. Vendor must stay with vehicle during drop off as cars parked in front of campus rec center are subject to a parking ticket from Georgia Tech. We recommend that vendors arrive before the athlete’s check in at 8:30am for a smoother setup.
No food or drink may be sold or distributed by vendors to athletes and spectators. Otherwise, all food & drinks must be consumed in specified areas in the venue - there are food vendors inside the the Georgia Tech Campus Rec Center as well as a number of food options near the area.
Signage – All signage should be mounted on easels, pipe and drape or standalone. Signage cannot damage the gym floor in any way (floor mats can be provided with proper notifications). No signs, advertisements or any other printed materials may be posted on the walls.
Fliers/brochures may be distributed from your vendor space. Please clean up after yourselves as there may be an additional cost for clean up. Sorry, but NO stickers are allowed (for distribution).
Prohibited Items - Items that jeopardize the safety, viewing, listening pleasure, or enjoyment of other guests are prohibited. In accordance with building policy and security guidelines, items not allowed into the GT Campus Rec Center include, but are not limited to: alcoholic beverages, outside food or beverages, bottles or cans of any type, coolers, containers, weapons or firearms, fireworks, illegal substances, bullhorns, noisemakers, confetti, beach balls or other inflatable items, Frisbees, laser pointers, back packs, large bags, large banners, sticks or poles, folding chairs, stools, skateboards, and roller blades, etc. Georgia Tech management reserves the right to remove any items it deems a violation of its building policy and security guidelines. No check-in services are available for prohibited items.
