STEP 3 OF 3 - Waiver: Complete a wavier for each entrant. Submit these waivers with one of the three choices below:
sign and mail waviers to the address below, postmarked by February 1st, 2010.
submit the waivers the day of the event (each day-of waivers will incur a $1 processing fee)
